Q: Is there a limit to the number of rebates I can get with this program?
A: Each household is limited to one rebate per appliance category unless otherwise listed. A household may receive a maximum of two rebates each for lighting fixtures and/or ceiling fans. Please be aware that the rebates will be offered only as long as program funds are available. When those funds are depleted, the program will end.
Q: Does it matter where I buy the appliance? Must I buy it from someone on your list of local appliance dealers?
A: It's not necessary to purchase an appliance/fixture from a company on the list in order to get a rebate. However, merchants on the list have been educated about the Provo Power rebate program, and can help you make an informed purchase choice. In addition, Provo Power would like to encourage our customers to support area businesses whenever possible.
Q: I don't currently have a dishwasher, but would like to purchase one. Can I buy a new energy-efficient dishwasher and apply for the rebate?

Q: I don't currently have any ceiling fans, but would like to purchase some. Can I buy a new energy-efficient fan and apply for the rebate?
